First, I don’t think we know how many people… DC Police Twitter says they have found four victims.

Second, although I think they arrested someone, I do not think it was the shooter - that happed way earlier than the special forces arriving.

And the helicopters are still on constant circle.

Mayor and MPD speaking now. They aren’t saying a lot. But confirmed no suspect in custody and that they are investigating video.
