Vote for Blair.

That is all.

It would be awesome to see a Republican take the county exec seat!

Oh HELL NO!

I’m confused how Hucker is able to run for council again- I thought he had already served two terms? Is it because he’s running for at large now instead of his previous district seat?

The term limits are three terms.

I think it’s three terms in the same seat. At-large is a different seat, so I think Hucker could do three more terms.

Thanks for the clarification guys- I misunderstood the rules! Overall I’m glad bucket dropped out of the exec race. I don’t necessarily have a problem with him as a council member, currently in his district and he’s been responsive to a couple issues that have come up in our neighborhood.

Hucker not bucket 😂

It's three terms total. Otherwise, they could each be there 24 years and there's no point in that.

Hucker is a self serving a$$. His support for Thrive while knowing his own neighborhood is exempt from the most onerous elements is despicable.

Yes, because we’ve been sooooo well-served by Democrats up til now.

Would you really expect any less though? That’s totally on-brand for him.

Vote Will Roberts for District 4!

A Republican would be better than Elrich. This county desperately needs balance. Elrich's budget is incredibly irresponsible. He and all the Councilmembers set to greenlight it are buying votes. Then after all is said and done they'll need to cut services and lay people off because they caved and gave unaffordable pay and benefit increases. It's really bad.

Riemer is having a tantrum over the Sierra Club’s decision to endorse Blair. I wonder if Riemer thought the Sierra Club’s endorsement was in the bag or if he knows that the endorsement was necessary to create a pathway for him to win. The decent thing would be for Riemer to drop out and clear the field for Blair.

I suspect the Sierra Club's decision is not decisive but is an extra boost to Blair that really doesn't help Riemer.

Anyway if you are paying attention you wouldn't want any incumbent in office. They're all terrible. I don't know that new people are any better but these fools' political philosophy is rule by Twitter. Maybe Blair has a backbone, I don't know, but Riemer sure AF does not.
