They are saying he acted with reckless conduct that showed disregard for human life. I think they want to charge drug dealers with 2nd degree murder whenever an addict overdoses. In this case the pictures of the medical devices he setup for the addict probably look really bad and reckless.

Apparently there are also text messages where he told her how to use the drugs and how to make the effects stronger. There was also an occasion where he injected her while she was sleeping.

We were going to take our child there to be assessed for oral ties. I’m so glad we didn’t, although he was supposedly very good.

He used to have a public FB page and he had photos of his kids who looked to be college age and photos holding a baby or maybe 2 separate babies with people gradulating him. All the photos were from the past 5 years. Not sure if these are all his kids but the implication was they are. Lots locked down now.
