Murder? She was an junkie with a pimp/supplier. Just because he was wealthy, and educated, this story is no different than street level crimes. |

They are saying he acted with reckless conduct that showed disregard for human life. I think they want to charge drug dealers with 2nd degree murder whenever an addict overdoses. In this case the pictures of the medical devices he setup for the addict probably look really bad and reckless. |
