He did my daughter's tongue tie in Dec 2019. I remember him saying he had a 7 month old baby (or around that age) and I think 3 other older children.

Should be clear from the beginning that he is connected to the murder of a 25-year-old adult. This isn't medical malpractice, its homicide.

Dr. James Ryan, an oral surgeon with a practice on Observation Drive in Germantown, was arrested the morning of Tuesday, March 22 and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 25-year-old Sarah Harris.

Harris, a former patient of 48-year-old Ryan, began working in Ryan’s practice as a surgical technician in October of 2020. They began a romantic relationship around January of 2021, while she worked at Ryan’s practice. The two lived together in Ryan’s Clarksburg home. The relationship between the two continued until her fatal overdose on January 26, 2022. Ryan had been providing controlled substances, including Propofol, Ketamine, Diasepam, and midazolam, to Harris.

Text messages between Ryan and Harris showed the two were in constant communication to obtain the drugs, Chief Jones said. Harris would ask Ryan to bring them home from work and Ryan would offer instructions on how to use them or make the effects stronger. There were also times he brought medical equipment home to help Harris take the drugs, Chief Jones added.

This is so, so sad. He is supposed to be a really good guy and surgeon. I recall he was one of the ones recommended. You never know who someone is behind closed doors.

Oh my gosh! He did my daughter’s lip and tongue tie, he was SO nice, we thought he was great. Holy crap! It sounds like it was an accidental overdose vs him intentionally giving her bad drugs, but wow.

So, he became her drug dealer and fueled her drug addiction in order to manipulate her into a sexual relationship. He is a disgusting animal and predator. Fingers crossed the other inmates in jail handle him.
