Wow. That is a hefty commitment. Do you think the private instructions is relevant to DS's quick success? Meaning 3 days + 1 private versus 4 days + 0 private. |
How good is your kid now? Playing tournaments? |
I think the most important ingredient is the determination/motivation to improve and the effort that goes with it. Private lesson gave an opportunity to work on specific skills that my kid was lacking (due to starting to play late and redo bad form due to instruction at another place) |
I do not agree been there for a year now. They move kids up levels when they see progress, and as much as I would prefer staying closer to home, my child absolutely loves it there. The value in the fitness program they offer is unbeatable, more important if this is the only sport your child is doing. |
I totally agree with the comment. Ossa is a toxic environment. They teach their players bad sportsmanship towards other players especially while playing during a match . Would not recommend them. |
Wow you’re calling out a kid here. Tennis is a small community so watch your back |
No, you are. Pp said “players,” not a specific player. |
Yeah sure |
| JTCC is for kids who love and live for tennis. Best there is. |
Most of the Virginia Cavaliers tennis players were trained at JTCC. |
| When my DS was at JTCC, they were all UTR 13, 12, or even 14 (Similar in ages to Tiafoe). They were all high-level ITF juniors and the most top-ranked in the nation. Did the level go down a lot? |
| I'd never even heard of Bethesda Tennis Academy until your post. Had a kid very serious about tennis, so is it something new? |
I suggest you watch your back!
|
Thank you for speaking the truth! |
Besides Colby who? |
