| That is what we said to our kids. |
Yep. We’re everywhere! |
Really? I told mine to be a leader, not a sheep. |
+ 1.. Exercise your rights. |
| What about the teachers (and students) who still have young children in their home not eligible for vaccination? Even if they are vaccinated, they can still bring it home to their kids. Additionally, a teacher testing positive and out for 10 days is much more disruptive to my DC’s education than them in a mask. |
Teachers may keep their masks on. The 95/94s do a good job of protecting the person wearing it. No need for extremely low risk, vaccinated kids to wear them. |
One of my DS teachers has a 1 year old at home. We have asked him to remain masked in her class out of respect. After everything these teachers have done over the past few years, it seems like the least we can do. |
| In fairness to the Heights and Mater Dei, COVID didn't exist there. |

You go, fascitoid Covidiots! |
I think that is a ridiculous message to give your child. Of course he respects the teacher, but requesting him to do such a meaningless, performative act is simply parental stupidity. |
Is this what you are telling yourself to justify your poor behavior? The risk isn't extremely low. There was just a huge surge in MoCo and almost everyone is vaccinated and was masked. |
I love it when y’all scream “only I can decide what’s right for my child” then blow a gasket when someone else does the same. |
+100. Also good for the PP who asked their child to honor their teacher’s request. You are raising your child to have empathy and understand that it’s not always only about them. |
