What do you usually have for breakfast?

Anonymous
Oatmeal with hemp seeds, usually with some nuts and dried fruits, with milk

Mashed potatoes, hemp seeds, with chicken broth, diluted like a porridge, add an egg if there's any

2 Hard boil eggs, omelet, with a slice of boring bread

Sausage with a slice of boring bread

And some days, it can be anything. Who knows category.

Always, always coffee with nutpods creamer. Somedays no food until lunch.

Otherwise:

PBJ smoothie: PB2 powder, almond milk, frozen berries, vanilla protein powder, pinch of salt

Eggs scrambled in a pat of kerrygold butter. Kimchee or hot sauce on the side.

GF bagel with cream cheese + cinnamon

Yesterday's dinner: beans & rice
Today's brunch - arepa with leftover beans, avocado & a fried egg, fruit on the side

I love leftovers with a fried or soft boiled egg.

Today, a frozen waffle topped with peanut butter and banana.
I switch it up each week. Some weeks, I have yogurt with berries and granola, sometimes oatmeal and fruit, or a scrambled egg and an english muffin.

Iced latte with oatmilk.
Oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, ground flaxseed, walnuts.
Every damn day. I love it.

Some sort of eggs, omelet, scrambled, frittata etc. some sort of meat such as bacon or sausage, or waffles or pancakes. Sides might be grits or applesauce. Or oatmeal, granola, or muesli.

Coffee and whole grain toast for 20+ years. (I’m a chronic morning person and am usually up around 5. Sometimes I make it to lunchtime, other times I have some kind of protein mid-morning. I’ve loved weekend brunches since before it was bougie)

Usually just a cup of coffee or matcha latte before my workout. If special occasion, I’ll have pastry or pancakes or whatever else I’m making for family and/or guests.

Either Fage with berries or two Morningstar sausage patties. Coffee.

Skyr (I like Icelandic Provisions brand) and hot tea. Occasionally oatmeal with nut butter stirred in.

My leftovers are usually things like pasta, cold pizza, or the like. You're putting me to shame with your healthy stuff as leftovers.

Coffee and dry toast. Sounds depressing but doesn’t bother me
