Just about everyday I have scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. and then some berries or a banana on the side.

Two main breakfast options:

An egg cooked with onion, other veg, sometimes ham, sometimes cheese, in a crisped tortilla with some kind of spicy sauce. I add spices like turmeric, dried chili powder, parsley, powdered onion or garlic, garlic confit… whatever I have. Microgreens and avocado on top if I’ve got them.

Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries, grain free granola, sometimes a drizzle of honey

Half of a whole wheat bagel and blueberries or strawberries most days.

I alternate between:

Oatmeal with blueberries, walniys and honey

Plain yogurt with nuts, granola and agave syrup

Occasionally, I'll have a Jimmy Dean turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffin

ususally-hardboiled egg and a piece of fruit. I did just buy some bob's red mill oatbran hot cereal and it is amazing, so I may have that today.
