With cream cheese, or just half a bagel?

Bobs Oatbran all winter (so much better than oatmeal). Yogurt and fruit in the summer. Occasionally eggs when they need finishing.

On a work day, eggs with bread or oatmeal.
Not on a work day, usually what I had yesterday. I have been known to eat curry for breakfast, pizza too, cabbage rolls, etc.

At home I have an egg with old bay and cheese. Followed by coffee. At work ( I’m at work at 6am so eat there) I have a gardein brand breakfast patty and a cheesy au gratin potato mini….. I’m very stuck in my ways lol.

I usually eat leftovers for breakfast (brunch, actually), sometimes jazzed up with an egg, sometimes in a slightly different form.

Yesterday's dinner: beans & rice
Today's brunch - arepa with leftover beans, avocado & a fried egg, fruit on the side

Today, handful of blueberries and iced coffee

Iced latte, baked good (madeleine, muffin, scone, croissant, bagel, biscotti, cinnamon roll) and maybe fruit (berries, grapefruit, banana)
