Why are all the stores sold out of vegetables?

Veggies were either out (no spinach) or very picked over.

I did score the last big package of Cottonelle.

I need to remember to go midweek.

Heading back to Boston, DD ordered WF delivery through Amazon yesterday while sitting in the airport. Her food delivery was in her foyer by the time she arrived. Entire order missing just one item - arugula. I think I'll do a WF delivery order for myself now.

Note to self: Plant more vegetables in my garden next year!

My Giant is completely empty of veggies, and I hate going from store to store looking for items, but I will have to tonight if my Giant still has empty shelves.

And the storm definitely impacted the trucks that had full deliveries.

People are calling out sick, and people are also quitting these strenuous, low paid jobs.

No immigration. It is at an all time low.

Also we’ve lost over 800,000 citizens in this country alone. Kinda cuts into the labor force at some point.

How many of those 800,000 were over 65?

We weren’t able to score a delivery slot for five days.

If you can live off chicken breasts and broccoli, might I suggest mealkits?
https://my.tovala.com/referral/ZXGW2X1E juiciest chicken breast, but you have to buy a $99 smart toaster oven (steam-convection technically)

https://www.everyplate.com/plans?c=ES-68YT2CXT2 low packaging and easiest to ignore "recipes"
https://www.hellofresh.com/pages/share?c=HS-F4S1X5RJ6
https://greenchef.com/invite/NCqyL5 chicken low-carb aka salads

definitely in-stock if you can anticipate chicken hoarding/supply chain issues 1 week in advance.

Yes. They are. Glad I got mine's between the last two storms however there was no milk AND no pre-mixed salads.

TJs Arlington, VA

And here's Falls Church.

Imagine being stupid enough to post “#BareShelvesBiden.”

Isn’t it dumb? I mean, it’s a complete coincidence that prices have soared and shelves have been bare since he’s been in the White House. Nevermind, it’s obviously Donald Trump’s fault.

I had zero problems; bought frozen vegetables and chicken drumsticks.

There was a snowstorm, a massive traffic cluster and lots of staff sick. You can't be picky right now.

Stop & Shop, Aldi's, Market Basket?

(I was going to say Almacs but then I'm dating myself.)
