It sounds like you don't like her.

You do realize you're under no obligation to be friends with other moms or neighbors (or both) or anyone, right?

Perfectly fine to express irritation here and enjoy the DCUM pile-on since you can't really tell her off given she's a neighbor. So, have at it.

But as for going forward, if she's not your cup of tea, move on. Don't call her. Don't respond to texts. If you see her, tell her you have a lot going on and no time for socializing. Then just live your life without her in it.
