It's about modesty, not body shaming. It would be considered rude to go around the house nude when living with roomates. Your au pairs are live in but it's not appropriate for them to go around nude, You in-laws and parent would walk about nude in your home and you wouldn't at there's, Nore are you doing family showers.

Everyone showers alone, you can use the extra time for chores, homework or something special however you decide, and robes or towels from bedroom to bathroom.

Don't let your kids become that kid in the dorm.
