Is there a pie with no eggs, nuts, or fruit?

What did you decide, OP?

There is simply no reason to ever cater to a fruit-pie hater on Thanksgiving, especially since it’s so easy to make tasty ones that your other guests will be able to eat.

I hope you stood on this hill and held down the fort!

I’d have two desserts, one that appeals to you and one that caters to the dietary needs.
What about a gluten free apple crisp for the ones with dietary needs? The smitten kitchen recipe for butterscotch apple crisp is very good made with GF measure for measure.

I may have missed the boat here, but for future reference a chocolate ganache tart could fit the bill. Would need to make a gluten free crust but otherwise should be good to go. Some chocolate tart recipes use eggs but many don’t.

DP just adding that you would have to get chocolate not processed in a facility with nuts (because OP said deathly allergic).

Pudding pie in a Graham cracker crust.

For future: another option for gluten free pie crust is to use gluten free Oreos. Very good base for cheesecake and easy to find.

Apple crumble with gluten free oats and coconut oil to bind it
