I’m always shocked by the names my boomer mom hates. She can’t stand Evelyn and goes on a rant about how ugly it is and I think it’s lovely. Same with Hannah and Stella (she thinks Stella is an ancient woman and I only see spunky little girls)

my four year old daughter is named Barbara ( after my mother). we get alot of attention and meet tons of other barbaras all the time ( older ladies who are delighted!)!
