This happens every few years there. Nothing new. Been going on for decades.

The attitudes are entrenched in the community then. The parents are not willing to do the hard work of rooting them out.

There's a long history of similar incidents at these segregated schools. This is why it's so critical that they rethink the boundaries and diversify these schools.

There's a long history of minorities committing these crimes so that everyone assumes it's white kids. Then the police say, "we don't comment on the race of the perpetrators." It's the perfect smear campaign.

Similar to all of the white supremacists who infiltrated the BLM marches and broke windows and caused violence to smear BLM.

Us, too. Why do people assume it was WJ population that did the graffiti on the outside of a school - seems more likely that kids from a rival school would do it to mess up a school that they don't like - perhaps because the school is inclusive. Reserving any judgment until the perpetrators are found.

In all the years this has happened, have they ever found that it was a kid from a rival school? Seems it is always one of their own.

To me, over half of one racial group - esp the dominant racial group - is not diverse enough. The ugly tends to come out

If it's not diverse enough for you, you're free to move.

Does Walter Johnson even have a "rival school"?

I'm so sorry. It's awful! Sending love to your kid, their friends, and the entire community.

Last time the anti Semitic one was a Jewish kid doing it

Yes. Just off the top of my head, the noose incident was minority (don't know which race exactly) kids and the Nword pass was a black kid and it was a joke. Some woke white girl saw it and was triggered.

Racism cuts across all socioeconomic levels and all geographic areas. There are correlations, though - these days aligning strongly with the GOP.
