I do think the color is too much and looks like her hair is fried.

Her looks were largely predicated on her youth, the full mouth, the Bambi eyes and a certain softness.

With all that gone, she just looks like a well maintained, hard-faced woman.

I like the hair though.

She looks better than most women her age. I think we can all agree on that. She has a lot of help to look that way, but honestly, I don't think that with equivalent help, some of us would look that good

Especially given that Hollywood ends up messing with people's heads so much that they usually go way overboard on the cosmetic surgery and fillers, etc.

Danny Moder's ex-wife is actually very pretty and accomplished in her own right.

Came across this on DM while eating lunch.

As expected, Julia Roberts is still gorgeous at age 53.

But, it struck me how bad her color looks with her skin color and makeup.

Wouldn't she look better with a warmer hair color--perhaps a red or brunette color along the spectrum between Diane Lane and Julianne Moore, both of whom look amazing BTW.

Thoughts?

Lancôme might have had a say in what color her hair was.

Clearly, it looks damaged from harsh chemicals.

Well, I guess Vera and Julia share the same bad taste in men, so at least they have that in common.
