Almost all of the people who testified before the House Intel Committee were republican appointees of the President. They outlined a pretty good case of bribery (there WAS a quid pro quo) which is an impeachable offense as defined in the US Constitition. Further, all of the people who can lay additional firsthand knowledge of the facts behind the case are ignoring legally authorized subpoenas before the House. If there is nothing to hide, if there is exculpatory evidence, then they should all come and testify.

So by Turley's definition, unless there is video or audio of Trump saying "I am committing a crime" there is no crime and thus, not impeachable.
