Trump has spoken for 8 years and we're still waiting for specific plans from him. With Trump, his plans were always 2 weeks away and never arrived. Would you feel better if she said she'll have specific plans out in two weeks? |
She, just like Trump, has no real and feasible plan to fix our nation's problems. They do have plans to scratch the backs of their wealthy donors. |
She said she will cut taxes for the middle class but not the wealthy, sign a nationwide protection of abortion rights, work with our allies to deter Russian aggression, sign the immigration bill Trump made the Senate Republicans kill, etc etc Not sure if you are trolling or just not paying attention |
Yes, but we do know where trump stands with sharks, batteries and Hannibal Lecter. When is Kamala going to share that information with us?/s |
She failed to outline specific policy positions, in case you were not paying attention (apparently you were not). |
If she had any plan at all, why hasn’t she implemented right now? (hint: she has no plan). |
Now I know you are trolling because a convention acceptance speech is not the place to start discussing how to revise section 121 of the internal revenue code. It’s a time to express a vision for how the government should work. |
Except that in this case, Kersten Emhoff has come out and explicitly said that Kamala Harris has been a valuable and loving co-parent and that the three of them (D Emhoff, K Emhoff and K Harris) have shared parenting duties since Doug and Kamala were married. So, in this case, it sounds like Harris "put a lot of care and effort in". Her step-kids and their mom all talk very highly of her and have been very supportive of her career. They have campaigned and/or supported her both in 2020 and in 2024. Sounds to me like they think she is a decent person. |
Show me one nomination acceptance speech in the last three decades where the candidate identified “specific policy positions” and I will show you someone who didn’t go on to win. This speech is supposed to be about vision. Pages and pages of policy papers didn’t help Clinton (Hillary). |
And yet, the political director immediately responded with:
So, she dispelled this. I guess this is why Trump's followers believe his "hints" and "rumors" like "Stand back and stand by" encouraging the militant domestic terrorist groups. Or "fine people on both sides" encouraging the white supremacists and anti-Semites. Or "walk down the street to the Capitol...and cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women and...not cheering so much for some of them...you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong." as the encouragement to the mob to descend on Congress while they were in session to count the electoral votes. Trump followers love to read between the lines and so they automatically assume not to believe what was said, but what was implied to be the real truth behind the words. Trump behaves this way to avoid culpability in doing immoral and unethical suggestions. "I never said that". |
They need a thousand page policy binder before it’s real, whereas Trump can ramble aimlessly about nothing, deny that Project 2025 is his and they’ll still vote for them. Some people want to be a lost cause. |
Still can’t believe they had the nerve to invite Central Park 5 to the convention and claim to they care about crime. https://www.thedailybeast.com/the-myth-of-the-central-park-five |
There were at least 4,000 people over the seat alotment in the arena each night, using the standing areas, which were 4-5 deep all around the top level. |
What is the specific policy on protection abortion rights? |
