Play a tougher schedule.....

Only two teams in the DMV have played against some of the best this season so far. The others play a soft schedule because they claim they aren’t ready to play tough games. They have guys that play football in the IAC. Super tough.

First quarter dominated by Bullis
2nd & 3rd quarter dominated by GZ’s 10 man ride. Very impressive.
4th qtr. #21 took over for Bullis. You can call that hero ball but I’d call it if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Whether he was dodging to score or dodging to assist goals he couldn’t be stopped, and Bullis needed goals.

A bad coach would take the ball out of #21’s hands in the fourth quarter. He was gaining confidence as GZ was losing confidence. The players he dished to finished the ball.

21 can be a hero. He’s probably the best player in area and played like it in the 4th. When I saw middies I’ve never heard of shoot step downs from 15 after 1 pass and 21 didn’t touch the ball on multiple possessions, I knew we had a chance.

And coaching allowed that to happen for 3 quarters of the game, which in inexcusable, but I’ll take it as the Eagles soared!

Bullis has other good players besides 21. I think GZ’s excellent 10 man ride took them out of the game for two quarters, they were all out of sorts. Once they figured out how to clear again they resumed offense.

How poor has the Washington Post become at covering area HS sports.

There has hardly been any coverage this Spring.

No coverage of the Landon - Bullis game last week or the Gonzaga - Bullis game earlier this week.

Still talking about PVI hoops and its April 12th.

Predictions this afternoon for the GP vs Landon game.

Game is at Prep, should be a good one!

Rooting for Landon. Prep and Bullis already lost to Gonzaga. Better for IAC and DC area lacrosse if Landon can go undefeated rest of way.

Dumb question, a lot of people care, this a lax forum, and these are local teams. I don't have a kid at either but I'm interested and I'm sure a lot other people are as well. You're free to do something else with your time, you don't have to be on here.

2 teams that SJC could not beat this year. Wonder why they did not schedule them....

Landon -2.5

Both teams have had some inconsistency this season, but Landon has been on the up in recent weeks. Prep clearing issues have cost them multiple games where they surrender preventable runs, and Landon has the athletes between the lines including their offensive minded LSM to exploit this.
