I only saw 1 Valor team at the Jefferson Cup last weekend - 2014G pre ECNL.

They don't have strong teams on the girls side FTMP.

Still up in the air but likely yes. My kids really like their current coaches and teammates and they actually are improving (that wasn't always the case). And don't get me wrong, we have had some bad coaches since we have been here and the club communication among other things is pretty terrible. But my kids are here for the coaching, player growth, and teammates and so far that has been working for my kids this year. If it looks like those things stay the same for 2025/2026, we will likely be back.

Yes. Sometimes a coach will stay with a group for two years but that is rare. Also, there is a ton I mean a metric TON of turnover for the 3rd, 4th 5th team coaches. may many new coaches who come and go every year from those teams. they hire people without experience.

Last year was late, i remember we had tried out other places already before they announced their coaches. Maybe mid -late April and incomplete list.0 Tryouts were early May.
