Not PP but since this is anonymous I gotta say it: I was a little crazy in my 20’s before I settled down. I used to be on sites like that, you guys have no idea how many of those “American Dream” families are on there.
Your kid’s teachers. Your doctors. Huge variety of people you’d never imagine having these kinds of thoughts.

I imagine the computer and the website may be able to provide information re: when the account was created. If there are spelling and grammar mistakes more consistent with ESL and it was set up recently would be significant.

I'm not sure how much it will come up in the trial against the AP since the current charges don't involve motive at all. I think that so much detail has come out to try to flip her. Maybe they will add charges. Otherwise seems most likely to come out if there is ever a trial against BB.

If she is convicted, serves sentence minus time already served and is deported, what does she gain by not flipping? Would she be able to come back to the US if he married her then? Is there some possible future together somehow? I really think her mom did her no favors by talking to media in Brazil. Better to keep it as quiet as possible, she is still really young.

If he doesn't slow down wonder if he may get weekend jail and suspended license?

Wonder if there will be another round of media coverage after the hearing to set trial dates? Think that one was the 18th? Can't imagine the grand jury won't indict.

Someone mentioned the WP being at the bond hearing but I never saw an article. Maybe they will do a "catch up" piece, the one in December had a lot of details.

The Grand Jury on the 15th is closed but there is a hearing re: trial schedule on the 18th which is open. I don't think new info will come out but was suggesting that the WP may do a piece around that time that could include details from the prior bond hearing (either from their reporter attending or from documents/transcript). WP has really cut local staffing coverage. Outlets that covered the prelim did not cover the bond hearing same week. Anyway, you are free to disagree with my speculation.

I can absolutely understand why her friends and family are having a difficult time believing she could be into this. It’s really taboo and it’s hard to accept that people we love might have this whole other side to them that we don’t know about.

If I were the investigators, I’d rely less on family / friends statements and more on circumstantial evidence. What’s her browsing history like? Did she have a lot of, ahem, toys in her bedroom? Etc etc. We can hide stuff like this from our friends but if it was really her on that website, you’d think there’d be other signs of what she was into on her phone, computer and bedroom.
