If you are going to seek out and provoke law enforcement by blocking the road, then expect they are going to arrest you- which was what they were doing. ICE didn’t threaten them. They said get out of the car.

In the video the comments from the wife as the officer is taking a video of the plates and says, “it’s ok, we don’t change our plates every morning, just so you know,” insinuates ICE already has had the need to take down their license plate info. Why do you think that would be?

The early part is legal analysis. But, there are photos at the end that analyze the actions the driver took with the vehicle. Pics show when she went from reverse to drive. Also, when she turned the wheels.

Especially interesting since the writer was the lawyer for a number of Jan. 6 defendants. I wonder if any of his or her defendants swung a flagpole at, beat, tased, dragged or tried to crush any police officers that day.

I lived in SE Asia, including the Philippines where his wife is from. I think western men often assume that Asian women are docile and will make good servile wives (especially as compared to western women), but in actuality Asian women are quite strong.

ICE isn’t law enforcement. ICE had ZERO authority to order her to get out of her car. ICE had ZERO authority to arrest her. ICE had ZERO authority to brandish their guns at her.

And ICE had ZERO authority or justification to shoot her in the face.

I got pulled over by the National Zoo police for not using a blinker when I changed lanes on Connecticut Ave. I got a ticket. I did not try to run over the officer. I didn’t try for YouTube fame. All good.
