Much more parity amongst the top teams. Good to see.

I assume there will be a lot of movement as these girls go to high school, is it worth going to a tryout for M&D or Sep they already know who they’re after by now

Expect more player movement this summer than usual. Most teams should stay largely intact unless a roster really implodes. The only team set to disband at the end of this season is BLC. The big question is where those players will land. Will Capital pick them up, or will they head north to an established, known Baltimore team?

Player also now know where they are going to HS so some switch to clubs where their HS coach is

Thats a lot of eggs in one basket if your club coach is also your high school coach.

You're not wrong. That's a ton of trust re: development and recruiting.

Is there are around 24 BLC players at best half will make Capital Blue, then the rest will be scrambling between Orange and other teams within an hour, depends who has spots for their second string

BLC has less than 20 on the roster.

I'd expect YJMA and Capital to hoover up most of that roster.

Juggernaut Capital is HQ and has $1.5B AUM. I doubt very much their conference room is abuzz over an 8th-grade girls' lacrosse loss.

Did not realize BLC has been pruining it's roster.

Girls leave for less intense lacrosse and less toxic social dynamics
