What is the wildest conspiracy theory you actually believe?

lack of video evidence and witness evidence which is just very weird

it's only something you would recall if you were 1) paying attention to the local DC news coverage on that day and the days after 2) were familiar with that area and the traffic patterns during that time of day in general

I mean I don't doubt something hit it but maybe it wasn't that plane and sadly that plane ended up crashed elsewhere or disappeared much like that Indonesian flight? Keeping in mind that until then we had never even entertained that a flight could be lost without a trace.

My friend who lives in Crystal City at the time literally saw the plane hit the building with her own two eyes. There were tons of eyewitnesses!I don't get how this is a thing.

Fits right in with the ‘Republicans are evil’ mentality

Possibly. However, they shouldn't be running around in society with their pre-existing mental health issues. Steven is genuinely a psychopath.

They were partying with friends in that Portuguese resort. The parents hid her body somewhere in that town or the ocean nearby.

This is a good one, and I agree. I also think Jon Benet Ramsey's parents covered up her death.

They are now seeing evidence of COVID in blood that was donated in the fall of 2019 in the US.

My BIL is a microbiologist. This is true. They tested the blood supply from 2016-2019. 50% tested positive

Photos of her “post birth” show a crazy flat stomach that I don’t even think Spanx could deliver for someone her shape.

And the gorgeous, but over the top photos announcing that she was pregnant with her twins. My first thought? Sort of photo a woman pregnant for the first time would take.

I love her, but my tin hat is on for this one.

Yes I thought this too. The over the top photos and announcements and bump-showing-off with the twins but not Blue Ivy -- I also thought, she is new to being pregnant like this

This is not a wild theory.

I tested positive today. I can assure you it isn't fake.

I admit I had that thought too. And then a family friend, her husband, and two small kids tested positive and spent a month in absolute misery. All are healthy, fit young people with zero underlying conditions. Everyone is just fine now but it was a scary time.

The virus is real. They hype is politics.

DP: I also believe that while it is a serious condition, almost everyone who could - used it to their advantage and hyped it. People who don’t want to work, politicians, business leaders, panic porn addicts and others.

Who is "they", how far back are such positivity rates, what do you mean by "the blood supply"?--Donated blood according to the Red Cross, is good for 42 days. Plasma can be stored for a year.

See, these are the questions you ask.

If I believed something, I wouldn't call it a conspiracy theory.

I have started believing it after I met two moms who claimed their kids were developing “normally” and then in one of them there was a very drastic change (the other one may have just received diagnosis but this one... the change was huge!)
I know I know. But I do believe some vaccines may harm some people.

My friend's father died at the Pentagon 9/11 site.

My DH watched the plane hit pentagon as he was driving to work. It was utter chaos. He turned around and came back home. I heard about the first plane hitting the tower on the morning radio show...the host was laughing because a few months ago another light airplane had crashed into the towers ...how stupid are these pilots. Then I was at the office and the second plane hit. A person whose spouse worked in one of the spy agencies told us that this was an attack. We all were told to go home and we did. My parents were visiting from another country and my kid was home with them. I cannot ever forget what we saw that day. That was beyond horrible. Frankly, the terror we felt that day was not comparable to the COVID pandemic. Mainly because COVID is invisible and we are not seeing people die the same way in a shocking manner. BUT, COVID has killed so many more than 9/11, and this time it is an American President and a corrupt GOP who is to be blamed for the deaths of hundreds of thousands.

Interesting. I have watched a lot of documentaries on that day and a lot of them have experts that claim the plane was going at a speed that would have made it hard for people to see before the impact. They would have seen the aftermath of the impact of the plane hitting the building which is what I think most people saw.

My theory is that covid is a nature’s way to control overpopulation and restore the ecological balance. By throwing an exorbitant amount of resources at saving the elderly, the sick and the poor at the expense of others and health of the economy we are just speeding out our demise as humankind.

It is true they’ve found covid in blood samples in the US from mid-December 2019 (not really surprising given COVID was first identified in mid-November). Earlier than that = conspiracy theory.

Anonymous wrote:Bird Flu H5N1

Back in I think 2005 people became very concerned about H5N1 influenza which was starting to go person to person but in a limited way and had at least a fatality rate of about 40%.

They were worried that it could spread more easily (more like COVID or the flu) and even if the fatality rate dropped, it might only drop as low as 20% CFR.

The conspiracy theory I believe is that the US pandemic plan under George Bush was to just let it spread to develop herd immunity. "They" determined that it would be worse for our economy to prepare the population for it; so only essential workers were told to prepare. They were told to stockpile enough food and supplies to be able to shelter in place for up to 12 weeks, but this information wasn't told to the general public; just certain sectors of the critical infrastructure workforce; and they were sworn to secrecy somehow.

I totally believe this was the plan and that this actually happened although I don't believe many people actually managed to stockpile 12 weeks of food and supplies.

That's not a conspiracy, there was actual quite a bit of pandemic planning that occurred at that time and those pandemic plans lingered all the way until now. Lots of businesses and government agencies did a lot of planning. The problem was looking back that it was all amazingly short sighted given that no one had lived through a pandemic.

I think there was more spread than people realize and that it lingered for years. I do think it just ended up being not quite as contagious to the US population.

Isn’t this how autism presents though? Most kids appear to be developing ‘normally’ until they’re ~1-2 years? At least the two kids I know with mild autism, this is how it happened. I can understand I suppose given the timing why parents correlate it to vaccines or whatever, but in both of those cases, the family has clear undiagnosed autism in grandparents and aunts/uncles.
