Accidentally on purpose. A bit more effective than they thought but hey they have the vaccine and got rid of some of their elderly. People die in wars.

COVID-19 isn't very effective as a weapon. It kills the wrong age groups. The young, who would be the ones drafted for war, are barely affected. It kills mainly the elderly or unfit.

But it shuts the whole economy down. Causes fear & unrest.

I actually watched one of the documentaries on this issue , and heard a story years ago on NPR, that posed the question of murder vs. suicide. Both stories came at it from it's a murder and we are going to prove it only in the end to conclude the evidence was very weak and that suicide was the cause. But who knows - maybe additional evidence will be unearthed that points to the direction of murder.
