Yes, he is capable of reading a speech, written by someone else, that condemns white supremacy. He’s just incapable of condemning it in his own words.

I don't understand why Trump cites seating three SC judges as his accomplishment - I mean it's not like he had a hand in someone's retirement or death. Or is it? It's not like you have to DO anything to happen upon a vacancy.
