South Dakota's AG reported hitting a deer Saturday night... but actually hit & killed a man!

“After seeing the length of time Mr. Boever’s body was on the AG’s car with his head inside of the AG’s car’s window, and then flying off hitting the middle of the lane behind the AG’s car, leaving bone fragments on the road and skidding into the ditch at 65 mph"

THAT is what it took to convince you???

Translation: the GOP in SD knew this the whole time but someone outside their circle found out and it couldn’t be hidden anymore, so now they’re going to pretend this is totally new information.

South Dakota has a population of about 900k people. Montgomery county MD has more people than South Dakota with its 2 senators and hit and run politicians. It must be slim pickings for politicians in that state.

And not a single day in jail and a woman in TX goes to the hospital for a miscarriage and she is hauled off to jail with a $500,000 bond.

There’s no reason not to assume that the GOP in SD isn’t as slimy as everywhere else, so they’ve probably used dirty tricks to win primaries and elections there, too.

The local sheriff that he contacted that night loaned him a car to drive home. That Sheriff has died since the "accident." Karma.

Yup. Justice for the powerful is very different than justice for the poor and weak.

Wasn’t that sheriff’s death potentially a suicide disguised to look like something else? That’s not karma, that’s a guilty conscience.

Looks to be natural causes?

This killer knows no shame. There is a ton of evidence. Prior to this week, the evidence was largely circumstantial or deduced, but not confirmed. But last week's report from the SD Highway Patrol, pretty solidly confirms not only the prior conclusions, but that the situation was a lot worse than originally deduced.

https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/jason-ravsnborg-impeachment-automobile-death-1335641/

And now the killer has the chutzpah to actually try to lobby the state legislature to keep his job trying to minimize the horrific case to
"In a few hours, your vote will set a precedent for years to come. No state has ever impeached an elected official for a traffic accident.

[...]

We have gone through the process and the price has been paid."

A traffic accident? Price has been paid? He was not charge with manslaughter as most people in his situation would have been. He was driving a car while reading news on his phone and hit man at over the speed limit, he then drove at least 100 ft with the body on his car and the head through the windshield, and the body rolled off. And he was charge with three misdemeanors and let off. And he shows no remorse for his actions and actually thinks he deserves to keep his job. You have to read the letters he just sent to the SD legislature to see just how depraved and arrogant the man is.

Good start. Now onto the state Senate for trial. Hopefully the state Senate will also do what's right. Someone with so little regard for the state law's and for human life, should NOT be the Attorney General for the state. The people of South Dakota deserve better. Much better.

So little regard for life, for the law, for ethics… the guy belongs in prison, not putting people into prison.

Yes it’s unbelievable that he’s stayed in his position for almost a year after leaving a person to die as roadkill. Hopefully he will be removed shortly
