I’m not right wing and I’m not a troll but the kid may be able to argue self defense. |
At least one of those he killed was a registered sex offender against children. Forgive me for not crying over his corpse. The kid had signed up for clean up crew as well, and there are videos/photos of him cleaning graffiti off buildings/etc. Nothing prior to this indicates that he was there to shoot people up, etc. It seems he was there to do good. I'm never surprised when people with prior criminal records start to burn and loot a city, and then escalate to violence against others. |
Doubtful. He was violating a list of laws just being in Kenosha with that gun on Monday night. He also exercised disproportionate force against two men who had no lethal weapons. He will have a very hard hill to climb to make a successful self defense argument. Frankly, if his case is heard in any major city in WI the jury will find him guilty. He may have a different verdict with a rural jury, but that won’t happen. |
Yep, there you go. Keep going. I will never, ever, ever, ever, EVER forget how you monsters reacted to this. |
You're not surprised when a kid murders two people because you explain it away. Or say the victim deserved it. |
1. Kyle was illegally given an AR-15. Who gave it to him?
2. He illegally transported it across state lines. Was he driving alone? 3. His intent while there is unknown but should be gleanable from his social media postings 4. He shot someone in the head and killed them. What led up to that we don't know. Some say he was fleeing but others say he went to go find cover. 5. He then fled the scene. 6. Witnesses then chased down and tried to apprehend/incapacitate the suspect and he shot them as well. 7. He then fled the scene again. 8. He then drove back home across state lines. Illegally transported the weapon across state lines again. Was anyone with him? Did they know he killed someone? That's multiple felonies committed. I count 5 for him and up to 3 for others, not including the killings. Open carry 1. Open carry does not mean wield 2. Pictures show he was brandishing the weapon. 3. He looks 15 |
That is a photo of the kid being assaulted right before he shoots. That is another photo of the guy that was shot in tue chest attacking the kid right before he tried to grab the gun and ended up getting shot. These photos are the reason why there will be a self defense argument. The guy who was shot in the arm also had an illegal weapon. It’s not murder. |
The kid had an illegal gun and had just been cited for driving without a license, and speeding on the highway. By the logic of "had it coming" folks, if someone had shot HIM dead it would be justice. He was a criminal after all even before he murdered two people. |
You're part of the problem. |
I’m not clicking through, but I will say: is the alleged “attack” after the terrorist already shot one person and might that “attack” be more “good guys subduing the bad guy.” You’ll notice I don’t post the question as a question because I think this little ass ache was starting something and therefore all that follows is on him. |

+1 HE’D ALREADY SHOT SOMEONE. What is broken in you peoples’ brains?! |
It really hinges on what events immediately preceded the first shooting. It is definitely not as clear cut as being premeditated murder. |
Not if the law is followed. This kid is a gang member/terrorist with an illegal gun who crossed state lines. He’s going to jail. Federal prison. |
Aemmon Bundy and his followers. They stormed the ID statehouse, armed, rushed guards and broke property. Yet, were allowed to stay for the session and violate social distance rules. THis is the same Bundy of Oregon National Wildlife Refuge, another armed standoff, a few years ago. |
