Agree. Kody wishes the rest would just go away. How many kids do he and Robyn have biologically together? I also read that he pays for Robyn’s kids to have a nanny.

He has 2 kids with Robyn. I don't see why she needs a Nanny. Her other kids are teenagers. So she's on lock down with Kody there and they can't manage 2 kids?

They may be making money, but I got the impression Christine’s daughter who required the back surgery (Ysabel) didn’t have health insurance initially in whatever state they currently living in. Please correct me if I have this wrong.

You are correct. Christine mentioned that they had to get health insurance before the surgery.

Christine and Janelle were always tight and Meri was the outsider for 15 years (FWIW, I think this was deserved-Meri can be really manipulative and unlikeable). Meri was instrumental in bringing Robyn into the family and for the first time in a long time had an ally.

They don't have jobs and would have to go through some private insurance mechanism or federal program. I cannot imagine that is cheap. I have no idea and am speaking out of my a$$ but I would think that they qualify for some actor's guild, maybe, that might offer discounted insurance...who knows. Either way, it is irresponsible.

i watched last night and it is clear he is making up rules so that no one can follow and he can be with Robyn. His suggestion that Janelle make the boys move out is gross. He has no feeling for his kids. Also what about not being there for his daughter surgery? Poor Meri -he all but tells her to leave. What is this statement that he is friends with her-is she a wife or not? He is horrible.

Meri and Robyn are close. Janelle and Christine are close. Meri seems more likable in recent years. She really was a miserable, bitter woman for YEARS.

Meri is still considered a wife even though Kody doesn't have a sexual/romantic relationship with her. Their relationship has been strained for a long time. Meri got involved in the catfish situation because she was lonely and starved for love and attention. After Kody found out, it was easy for Kody to cut Meri off emotionally and sexually because he had other wives to distract him and fulfill his needs. Actually right now, Robyn is the only one having sex with him. Christine is done with him and he is mad at Janelle for choosing her children over him. Meri was already out, which is why she should leave. There is no repairing their relationship. Kody is stubborn and will punish her forever.

I used to think that the way the Browns did polygamy was okay because they were all consenting adults. I was wrong. This current season has highlighted for me how much the children suffer. It speaks volumes that none of their adult children are interested in polygamous lifestyles. Kody is too focused on himself to be a good dad. He sucks and but I'm enjoying watching him unravel because he is losing control.

So true because the kids are devastated by his behavior. The other interesting thing was all the wives said they went into polygamy because they like their alone time. I kinda understand-it is like your spouse is on a business trip and you can watch whatever you want on tv and do whatever you want and the kids tend to go to sleep with no drama. What they didn’t realize is unlike normal people who are happy for a break.Your spouse comes home and is totally invested in you and the kids. It is nice. Kody cares zero about the kids. What guy suggests pushing out his barely teen sons in a pandemic
so he can have sex. He clearly just wants Robyn but I am not so sure she wants him. I think she wants that alone time and he is there all the time. Having a nanny is clearly a way for him to pacify her and keep her interested. Anyway the show is getting so weird that I don’t think it should be on tv. Good for the moms for finally standing up to him. If Robyn finally puts her foot down will be interesting.

I think Meri pushed so hard to get Robyn in the family so she had an ally. Christine and Janelle clearly have no love for her so it was always 2 vs 1. At least with Robyn, it was 2 vs 2. But it seemed that bringing her in caused Kody to focus 75% of the attention on her and now they're all pissed. Meri's catfishing thing was completely Kody's fault for being such a dick to her.

I agree that Robyn doesn't feel the same for Kody and he does for her. I think if the others all left, she might too.

Its hard to care when you have that many kids. He probably has a close relationship with a few and that's it. The mom's have raised these kids - physically, emotionally and financially. He should get a job to provide insurance for all the kids.

Ugh, did anyone watch last night’s episode? Kody is just the worst father and husband. If he says these awful things to kids kids and wives on camera, how much worse is he off camera?

This episode really sealed the deal showing the favoritism Kody gives to Robyn. Although he attended Janelle's moms funeral, why was he so anxious to test negative for Covid just to get back to Robyn's house. He should have just spent time at Janelle's either way.
