Gaza, Qatar, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia. Go back just a few months and we could add Iran to the list.

Is the goal here some type of world war? I get that these are some of the weaker ME countries, but they have allies as well.

Israel has no fear of the current administration and is acting with their full support. They will bomb whomever and whenever they want. They will say “Hamas” and not even worry about it. They have been waiting a very long time for this.

What they have been waiting for is a cessation of decades of Palestinians hostilities. Having concluded that further waiting is not going to change future Palestinian behavior, a different approach is now well underway to achieve the desired end result.

10/7 wouldn’t be a day to note or a surprise if there was a constant barrage of Palestinian hostility

10/7 would not be a day to note if the Palestinians were the victims. Israel was killing Palestinians at a rate of 100 month for a year before 10/7.

Palestinians killed by Israel were engaged in terror activities, a minor detail.

You can read in the link below about the killing of Omar Awadin in the West Bank in March 2023. He was 14, riding his bike home on a regular Tuesday afternoon. He was killed by Israeli security forces when they opened fire on the busy street while on a mission to execute unarmed suspected militants.

When the Washington Post asked Israel about his killing, Israel lied and said he was part of a violent riot. When the journalist provided video evidence of no riot, Israel declined further comment.

From the article:

The analysis yielded three key findings:

Israeli forces killed Omar. Israeli authorities have not publicly commented on his death.
Omar was among at least 16 civilians in the area as the officers charged down the street with AR-style rifles and a handgun, firing more than 20 shots and killing the two militants, neither of whom was visibly armed. Israeli authorities referred to the militants as “armed suspects” in an initial statement but provided no evidence to support their claim.
One of the militants was shot multiple times by Israeli forces after he was incapacitated — an apparent extrajudicial execution that experts said could violate Israeli law.
The raid additionally appeared to violate an international ban on extrajudicial killings, experts consulted by The Post said, arguing that the illegality was magnified by the fact that the militants appeared to pose no imminent threat, coupled with the presence of so many civilians.

Again, ten planes flew over Jordan and Saudi Arabia, ten planes that were detected. Are you all saying Saudis are not aware that Israel is flying planes carrying bombs over their land? I am saying, they knew it and allowed it.
After all, Saudi Arabia thinks Qatar is theri territory.

Israel has been in violation of the peace treaty with Egypt for over a year now. No Israeli soldiers are allowed in the Philadelphia corridor.

They were F35s so they wouldn't want to make a mistake if they happened to be US aircraft.

Israel did it. They are to blame along with the US. You can see planes on radar or satellite but not be able to respond given distance and time. This just shows the US stood down and did not protect the Saudis or Qatar. Israel most likely violated Jordan’s air space also.

Who would want to ally with the US?

lol so the US does not know where it’s own planes are? The US is providing security for Saudi and Qatar. You can not let unknown aircraft in to your security zones.

What are the main US military bases in the Middle East?
BAHRAIN:
Home to the headquarters of the U.S. Navy's Fifth Fleet, whose area of responsibility includes the Gulf, Red Sea, Arabian Sea and parts of the Indian Ocean.
QATAR:
The 24-hectare Al Udeid Air Base, in the desert outside the capital Doha, is the forward headquarters for U.S. Central Command, which directs U.S. military operations in a huge swathe of territory stretching from Egypt in the west to Kazakhstan in the east. The Middle East's largest U.S. base houses around 10,000 troops.
KUWAIT:
Several sprawling military installations include Camp Arifjan, the forward headquarters of U.S. Army Central and the Ali Al Salem Air Base, roughly 40 kilometers from the Iraqi border and known as "The Rock" for its isolated, rugged environment. Camp Buehring was established during the 2003 Iraq War and is a staging post for U.S. Army units deploying into Iraq and Syria, according to the U.S. Army website.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
The Al Dhafra Air Base, situated south of UAE capital Abu Dhabi and shared with the UAE Air Force, is a critical U.S. Air Force hub that has supported key missions against the Islamic State, as well as reconnaissance deployments across the region, according to the U.S. Air Force Central Command. Dubai's Jebel Ali Port, while not a formal military base, is the U.S. Navy's largest port of call in the Middle East that regularly hosts U.S. aircraft carriers and other vessels.
IRAQ:
The U.S. maintains a presence at Ain Al Asad Air Base in western Anbar province, supporting Iraqi security forces and contributing to the NATO mission, according to the White House. Iranian missile strikes targeted the base in 2020, in retaliation, opens new tab for the U.S. killing of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.
Situated in the semi-autonomous Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq, Erbil Air Base serves as a hub for U.S. and coalition forces conducting training exercises and battle drills. The base supports U.S. military efforts by providing a secure location for training, intelligence sharing, and logistical coordination in northern Iraq, according to the congressional report
SAUDI ARABIA:
U.S. soldiers in Saudi Arabia -- which numbered 2,321 in 2024 according to a White House letter -- operate in coordination with the Saudi government, providing air and missile defense capabilities and support the operation of U.S. military aircraft.
Some are stationed roughly 60 kilometres south of Riyadh, at Prince Sultan Air Base, which supports U.S. Army air defense assets including Patriot missile batteries and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense systems.
JORDAN:
Located in Azraq, 100 kilometres northeast of the capital Amman, the Muwaffaq al Salti Air Base hosts the U.S. Air Forces Central's 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing, which engages in missions across the Levant, according to a 2024 report in the library of Congress.

There is a nice map showing how the US surrounds the Saudis with bases.

Arab states are weak. They should all join together to invade Israel back but they’re scared of them. Israel only picks on the weak. That’s why Hamas and Hezbollah exists. Without that, Israeli settlers would be in Beirut and the beaches of Gaza now

They complain that everyone’s out to get them when they are the ones attack random countries first and not following the international rules of law or respecting sovereignty. It’s hypocritical for the US to chastize Putin for invading Crimea and wanting to expand to Ukraine when we allow Israel to do the same thing.

Israel has taken southern Syria land without a peep from their ISIS president or any international orgs

Israel has handily and rapidly defeated various Arab states in the past. Nothing has changed, which is why peace now exists between those countries. It's the terrorists who have yet to figure things out, and Arab countries which shelter terrorists do so at their own risk.

Israel is a terrorist state. They have created a region of terror cells with their own action. Iran was once a friend to Israel not very long ago. Should we forget Israel and Epstein were shipping the ayatollah weapons during Iran contra scandal because at that time they hated Saddam more than Iran?

They did not handily beat any Arab state. Hezbollah and Hamas are still on their borders for 40 years now with new generational recruits increasing the more Israel employs mass casualty civilian bombings.

They copped a plea with egypt after 10/7/73 and asked for the camp David deal.

They did not beat sandal wearing Houthis in Yemen for crying out loud let alone Iran.

Israel fails at their wars because their wars just create more and more extremists with nothing to lose

They just think they win because they blow up more buildings but a war is mental not physical. Israelis do not have the mental resolve to fight in a decades long war for land that isn’t even their only state. Most Israelis are still dual citizens. Lots have moved back to Europe or the Us
Where they know the languages and culture there and can easily blend in their second country. They have a transient population that has no net benefit for fighting a decades long war the way Netanyahu wants. Netanyahu is quoted as telling an insider /aide that this war will take decades
Anonymous
Olmert is right Netanyahu will do more harm to Israel in the long term than Hamas or Iran ever could. He’s already destroying the country from the inside out
