He literally said he would do this.

DP.

I think he said he would consider on a case by case basis. Many of them were not expecting him to pardon all of them

He didn't. Bill Shipley has said some of his clients got commutations, not pardons.

How many were violent and how many were prosecuted for entering a secure area?

the republicans in congress are too cowardly to stand up for police officers who were attacked on Jan 6. This cult has to blow up at some time

The WSJ editorial board isn't thrilled with the pardons either.

“This is a rotten message from a President about political violence done on his behalf…What happened that day is a stain on Mr. Trump’s legacy. By setting free the cop beaters, the President adds another.”

Those people didn’t get multi-year sentences, obviously. If they were charged, they’ve done whatever time or paid their fines by now.

The police groups are incensed with Trump for his pardons of violent criminals who attacked LEO. And still most republicans stand meekly by. Even those who just days ago said January 6 pardons should be done on a case by case basis and should not be given to those who committed violence. Why are republicans so spineless and hypocritical. It’s so gross to watch these weak men flip flop.

He pardoned far right extremists who were found guilty of sedition and sentenced to decades in jail. Now they’re out and seeking “retribution.” Remember when Trump told the proud boys to stand back and stand by? They’re ready.

Yup. And Americans should never forget what Trump has done. I hope people more savvy than I will tell the stories of each of these violent criminals and air them regularly. We also need a prominent list of names of each pardoned violent offender so no decent American will hire them ever again. No one should forget the attack we faced in January 6 and the betrayal of our country done by Trump.

He called them patriots, and political prisoners and hostages. He said he would pardon them all. When pressed for details, he would say something else.

He said it. You just didn’t believe him.

A third option: this poster just did not care. The immigrants or taxes mattered more.

Hypocritical? Republican politicians have booed LEOs while they were being given awards for their duties during J6. They have never pretended to be against the violence except immediately after J6 when they were all quivering in fear in their undisclosed locations.

The Supreme Court Justices sponsored by Leonard Leo, Opus Dei, and the Right Wing Political arm of the Catholic Church brought you this. I say this as a Catholic who watched the Church I grew up in increasingly elevate right wing conservative bishops and cardinals who loved the power and control of the church more than the people or the flock. So they helped get Trump get elected so that he could pardon not only the January 6 terrorists but a drug dealer king pin who took hits out on the competition. Maybe because this particular drug dealer dealt in crypto, violence and drugs.
