Pardoning Jan 6 protesters many of whom have been sitting in jail is actually much more ethically defensible than commuting the death sentences of child murderers, yes. Not even a question and shocked you would think otherwise.

Adding to this farce is Biden did not commute the death sentences for the 4 offenders sentenced at court-martial. This makes it unclear what principled stance he is taking. Presumably if hr does commute those - he will commute 2 of 4 (Akbar and Hassan are terroristic offenses).

Yes. Look at Trump’s list of pardons and you’ll see that most of them were people who helped him commit crimes or were accused of the same kinds of crimes as him: tax evasion, real estate fraud, violating civil rights…

This isn’t funny unless you’re typing from Russia or China. Lots of people lied to protect him and he pardoned them. The Florida judge is complicit. His entire life, trumps business model is to run it like the mob. Threats, favors, extortion, pay to play. And this is how he operates as president too.
