That’s embarrassing. This whole thing seems embarrassing for her.

How is it embarrassing for her? Because if the patriarchy. When a man does it it’s ok and celebrated, but when a woman does it it’s bad? Give me a break.

Because she will be parenting with this fool for the next 18 years.

She loves him and wants to expand her family with him. Thats not foolish embarrassing. Thats lovely for her

Where is it said anywhere that she loves him? I think you are overreading into this.

Are you just trolling? She's been with him for multiple years, they live together, and have integrated lives with the kids. What makes you think she doesn't love him or it's still just a fling?

Didn’t they say they started dating in spring 2023? I am not saying that is actually when they got together but I thought that was the public line. It’s unfortunate she moved him in. Those kids have been through a lot of changes in a short amount of time.

What tween girl wants some weird man in the house she barely knows? Kids can’t even be comfortable in their own homes in these situations.

The tween girl knows him, though. She knows him as Mr. Valente from classes.

This is I think is wrong. This dude will be tossed aside when she is done with him. He of course has rights but will get crushed because she has the money and the power.

When she's done with him? Seriously? She was with Tom for years. What kind of mindset is this?

Tom Brady was an age appropriate partner who she dated for a while before marrying. This guy is a play thing. More power to her. But can a super rich super model have a life with the top player in America's top sport --- sure -- they were a match. Can this work at all with an uneducated martial arts instructor that is 10 years younger --- no I doubt it.

It's pathetic when a cheating guy in his 40s does this. And it's pathetic when Gisele does it.

It speaks to impulsive decision-making, lack of maturity, and not putting your other kids' needs first.

If she really wanted another baby, just get a donor and raise it yourself with your two older kids. No baby daddy drama.

Heidi Klum has been with her husband since 2018ish despite her being 16 years older. Do you consider him a "play thing" after 6 years? She tried it with the top player and it didn’t work.

And has a net worth that is probably more than Tom Brady's....all from her career and working.

Not sure why people make successful women out to be sad sacks to support their bias

You know why. Misogyny. Men have kids in their 40s all the time.

And those kids often resent dad and his starting a 2nd new family to replace the first one. Kids aren’t thrilled for their parents in these situations.

This. Starting a second family is bad for the first set of kids.

It's not their first rodeo. They have the experience with their older brother. They will get over it

You're as blase about the kids' mental states as their parents.

So no parent should ever have other kids because of the affect it will have on the first set?

Yes, now you’re catching on.

I'm the 2nd set and so much better than the first. I'm my dad's favorite too.

Wow, so much to unpack here. Your post unintentionally illustrates exactly why a parent having a second set of kids is usually so harmful to the first set.

Second wives who go after men with children are frequently jealous and competitive. They inevitably resent the first wife and set of kids. Then they have their own kids and raise them to ice out the first set.

The type of man who starts the second family this is generally extremely selfish and is a terrible father to his first set of kids. Then he and the second wife blame the first kids for not having a great relationship with their dad. Now they have their excuse lined up to detach them from their dad.

Seeing your post about how you're your dad's favorite perfectly demonstrates this dynamic. It's sad that you're raised to compete with your half siblings rather than love and support them.

Your parents never should have married and had kids since they couldn't find a way to do so without causing great harm to your dad's existing children. But of course you'll never understand this.

My dad was a widower and my siblings are much, much older. My parents have been happily married for decades and I'm so glad that they found each other. I mean, yes, if you are a bitter, miserable person, you should definitely stay single and feel sorry for yourself for the rest of your life.

Anonymous wrote:What a cynical thread. Maybe she wanted more kids ten years ago but the circumstances of her marriage prevented her from that. I’m sure she’s healthier pregnant at 44 than I am pregnant, overweight, working a full time desk job and living an average life at 35. Divorce is a sad thing and must be very hard for kids, but she seems like a centered person focused on giving her kids a balanced and somewhat down to earth life focused on family.

You are deluded. 44 and pregnant is crazy town and needs various doctors. Plus maybe even someone else’s egg. Not to mention this is the family help who broke up their marriage. She needs to see a psychiatrist. She’s losing it.

I got pregnant naturally at 44 (it was an oops) and my sister got pregnant naturally at 42.

Sure, sure. And let me guess, they were perfectly healthy gorgeous babies and zero complications with pregnancy or birth for either of you! You terminally online spammers always have the perfect anecdote.

They're not spammers. I'm another one who had a naturally conceived baby at 43, after others. Easy pregnancy and birth. It happens, and actually used to happen a lot more in the past when many women's last children were in their 40s. Doesn't make a person a spammer.

Perhaps you'd like to back your inane comment with some actual data? Go ahead, we'll wait right here for it.....

Here is just one example of how flawed your beliefs are. It explains how many people unknowingly rely on data from 18th century France ( a dataset with no way to rule out contraception, among other flaws), and how fertility treatment skews rates of conception and health risks. I’m not the PP you mocked, but there’s lots more data out there and you’re just wrong. As well as rude. Have a lovely day.

If you think this old bag got pregnant during intercourse I have a bridge to sell you. This is an unbalanced woman going through a mid-life crisis and being preyed on by a low rung conniving man.

She initially refused to treat a broken shoulder and relied on acupuncture before being forced to pursue treatment. That tells you all you need to know about her.

Gullible moron, and in other words, a prime candidate to be targeted by conniving men. It's like a season of The White Lotus.
