I don't know if your memory goes back that far, but it was back in 2022 that Hung Cao ran against Jennifer Wexton in CD 10, and lost by 6+ points.

And until Wexton came along, that was historically a deep-red district. If Cao couldn't win there, no way is he taking the rest of northern Virginia.
