Uh, seems like Trump's visit to the NABJ is not going well...

But would Kamala get in front of a crowd of Heritage foundation donors/moms for liberty supporters/etc… and do a Q&A?

Because, honestly it’s not entirely that dissimilar of an analogy.

Black people, generally vote.. what 80%+ Democrat?.. I think Black women at higher rates (and it was three Black women questioning him). And journalists have been one of the groups most at odds with him. What are the chances even 5% of these attendees voted for him ever?

It was a bad interview, but I think the fact that he was willing to go for it says a lot.

Can you imagine stumblin’ mumblin’ Joe doing a Q&A in that hostile of environment? Or Harris? No, because their overlords wouldn’t allow them because they know how awful it would be.

Just another reminder about how the Democratic ticket is controlled by a political machine which is itself strictly controlled by donors.

Whereas Trump is an individual who is beholden to no one except voters.

If Heritage Foundation Donors and Moms of Liberty Supporters were journalists….

Either this was a bad call on the Trump team’s part, or they wanted to get him some air (any publicity is good publicity per Trump). Don’t know which, but I suspect the former. I think he honestly believes that he is in fact the best President for POC after Abraham Lincoln.

+1. The liberal media is once again missing the forest for the trees. They think this was a shitshow, but it just upped Trump’s popularity by a huge margin.

Terrific fundraising day for the Dems.

Trumps bigoted boomer nonsense is paying off. He stays looking an ignorant fool, and Harris' campaign is the big winner!

I understand there’s not a 1:1 comparison because most journalists are extremely liberal.

My point is, he was willing to go out of his comfort zone.

Did Biden ever even do a one on one interview at Fox with someone who was super critical of him?

That’s strange! Donald said he loved the blacks and the blacks loved him.

Harris Faulkner was there and Donald said she was the greatest interviewer he ever had! Seems like a total comfort zone to me with lots of support. AND the weather seems great! You and Donald really missed out.

Why is a room full of journalists considered a hostile environment?

Anybody who watched this and decided to vote for Trump was already voting for Trump.

That may explain his general attitude. I’ve seen him in interviews with 60 min and Axiois. Trump is 100% responsible for his batshit crazy responses.

Trump was clearly trying to provoke the crowd into booing him. He wasn’t there in good faith.

I watched the interview and… the questioners were not that hostile, honestly. They asked him about statements that he made. He was unable to give any coherent answers. One of the interviewers was very supportive and his “favorite.”

He fumbled around like an old man and said he couldn’t hear. Harris Faulkner desperately tried to cover for him and say she couldn’t hear either.

He was unable to give a single policy proposal. Not one. He couldn’t even bs and mention infrastructure week. It was bad, even for him. It really was. He just whined about inflation.

His age is showing. His decrease in capacity is showing. He can’t follow a single train of thought.

Honestly it seemed to me, watching, that he had a lot of bravado covering up panic. He couldn’t answer questions and knew he was looking bad. He wants publicity but it was too much.

Of course Harris wouldn’t. Notice she has not had a single interview or answered any substantive questions since she has become the presumptive nominee. Not one. She has only spoken using a teleprompter reading words that someone else has written. She cannot think on her feet. And that is why she can never become president. She cannot make tough decisions.

The media will not question her unwillingness to respond to them just like they gave Joe a pass when he campaigned and throughout his presidency.

Kamala couldn’t even show up at this event with journalists who are friendly to her.

😭😭😭cry harder😭😭😭

Kamala has been going all over the country campaigning and raising a crap ton of money. It would be stupid for her to interrupt a news cycle that is working in her favor. I know you love Trump and love people who do stupid things, but the rest of us don’t.
