She hasn’t been a “ballerina” in forever.

She is stocky for a ballerina. Not lithe or willowy AT ALL.

And she has hamburger hands.

You haven’t seen a ballerina in person. The conservatory my girls go to all have muscular ladies with visible quads definition.

You are incredibly disordered.

I’m envious of her stomach after EIGHT kids.

Bad vibes.

I don’t like any of the “big family” influencers though. Not that I think big families are inherently bad but it comes off as kid collecting for clout when it’s tied into the social media message.

I liked following her story until I found out that they’re just trust fund kids play acting.

She's obnoxious and not at all good looking.

Wow, they are really salty about that Times of London article.

I think this controversy is so funny and the new New York Times article didn’t help them at all. Nothing says rustic, Homestead living, like having a New York Times reporter meet with you and your PR team lol

I also don’t really get the threat of the tradwife phenomenon or why we are giving it so much attention. Is it really surprising that young women in particular may fantasize about marrying a multimillionaire and pump out a bunch of kids and have time to cook and craft and not work? I mean, it was never my goal and I can see the many trade-offs, including that you could get stuck with this really unappealing moron who seems like a controlling psycho. But let’s face it, for women who do have this fantasy, 99.999% of them won’t be able to make it come true.

I don’t think it’s many women’s dream to marry the average working class guy, live in a tiny house, pump out a bunch of kids and have to make your own yogurt and do our own chores with very little money or help. And that would be the tradwife reality for most who aim for this lifestyle.

DP.

I think it’s irritating because of how preachy they are about it. And that they aren’t explicit with the millionaire husband thing. I grew up as the liberal family with all the fundies and their huge families. My mom basically converted to that type of Christianity so my dad was still just a normal person. And what I see is that a lot of girls that I grew up with idolize these trad wives and marry these gross old ass dudes. It’s sad.

This shtick is old and tired. Pioneer Woman did it first, and better.
