Where can I live where no one has tattoos?

Tattoos are so trashy. Old money doesn't do this nonsense. They will never respect you if look like a lady of the night.

The only things worse than tattoos are tongue piercings and gages.

Nah man. You just sound so old. I’m late 40s have tattoos and a deep, wide, enormous trust fund. I also love out west where we find pearls, and the clutching of them, so funny and toxic. But you do you buddy!

I only know boomers with this attitude towards tattoos: my DH's friend's wife, age 70, said this to me when I got mine: "Aren't you afraid someone will think you got it in prison?!?" If she'd been wearing pearls, she would have clutched them.

Gen x here and no one in our wide circle have tatoos.

Your circle might be wide but it sure isn’t deep. How boring, how old. Do you live in Marco island Florida?

Adults shouldn't be able to make their own decisions. That's a bad take.

Have you ever actually seen old sagging tattooed skin? It's not pretty and it won't look any better on old you, no matter how cool you think you are.

+1 so true!!

I wouldn’t assume every older person with tattoos got them when they are older. I know a federal judge in her late 60s who has gotten three in the past three years.

Small ones can be okay. Large ones on thinning, wrinkling, saggy skin are gross.

Small gross too.

I think tattoos are mostly big in the progressive areas. The young girls all get them right out of college to fit in because they don’t understand they will limit their professional and spouse options. MS-13 does the same thing. It’s a control thing.

And the stranger who gave it to you.

AU park is for you. I don’t like tattoos but the conformity here is maddening.
