Meno won. Washington Post just called it.

AP calls it for Mendo. It's over.

I mean, right now it is 45% to 55%. This is surprising to me given she's not a council member and I wouldn't have guess well known outside ward 4.

Is this a joke? Mendelson is the incumbent winning with the widest margin in the city. More support than Bowser. She did worse than Ed Lazere last time and as the Election Day vote comes in it will pull even further away because all of her motivated voters already voted.

Well that’s blatantly false.

As of 9:32pm…
Nadieu +15
Bonds +11
Bowser +13
Mendelson +10

Mendelson is the incumbent with the smaller margin. Palmer had an impressive showing. She was an underdog and unsurprisingly did not win.

He has the highest vote share. More people voted for him than anyone else. SMDH.

This election confirms that Mendelson is the second most popular politician in the city after Eleanor Holmes Norton.

Well chair was the only two-way race. Both candidates will have more actual votes than candidates in other races because the votes are only split between two people. That is why we look at percentages. Are you truly this dense or just being purposefully misleading?

Too bad for Erin. She's a bright young woman who ran a great campaign. I hope she runs again.

And Erin, if you're reading this, if you're ever available, call me!

We were intrigued until we found out that toxic ANC 3C commissioner Sauleh Siddiqui was one of her top campaign aides. That was game over for us.

Siddiqui wasn't on the campaign.

The funny thing about this race is that Mendelson didn’t even bother to campaign. Still won easily.

Hey now, I saw a few commercials with Mendo and his very sensible khakis.

Thank GOD! Now she can just contribute to society through volunteer work that won't disrupt the city.
