To the idiots wondering whether Kavanaugh will lose his law license or his job. You don’t need a law license or even a J.D. to be a judge. He has a lifetime appointment already. He’s not going anywhere.

A woman would be a great choice politically, but Trump really does not like powerful women and I doubt he would give up a mans seat for a woman.

If it's actually his choice, I agree. But there may be so much pressure from the GOP to get a win -- with SCOTUS and the midterms -- that they will convince him to let girl sit on the court.

Sad thing is, she'll get confirmed if they can cram her thru before Nov 6. She's the Pence in this nightmare -- we toss the pussy grabbing rich white boy in favor of the one who only answers to Jesus.

Has nothing to do with gender. He wants Kavanaugh because Kavanaugh would put him above the law. This whole political suicide mission for the Republicans -- because let's be clear, that's what it is at this point -- is all because Trump is too corrupt and has done too many illegal things to survive without a corrupt Supreme Court.
