The guys in the video were clearly mocking her, calling her baby r***d, and they even admit to (a) not having the e-bike checked out when she got on it, (b) hoarding a rare e-bike, and (c) pushing the e-bike back into the dock with her on it.

Sure, not everybody wants to understand these behaviors were wrong. But some will certainly see that she felt threatened and had as much right to the e-bike as they did.

The PA is the one who instigated the whole situation. She has no one to blame but herself.

She’s going to get to “blame” herself for 💰💰💰

I’m sure the gofundme will get cancelled.

Yeah, that’s not going to happen.

Sure, a pregnant woman coming off a 12-hour shift has absolutely no right to claim an e-bike nobody was using (and her lawyer says nobody was near the bike).

He was in possession of the bike.

You’re so right. She shouldn’t have attempted to rent an unrented bike that belonged to no one. What a moron she is!

The guy specifically told her that he was getting ready to ride the bike back to the Bronx.

So? It's not his bike. If he wanted to do that he should have rented it.

And it only took him 6 minutes? Is it really that close?

Because they were arguing over the bike for 5 minutes.

Wrong. He checked it out then back in again after she had walked away.

How so?

The story is developing. He admitted to push her back to redock the bike. And it appears he did not even need a bike and did not ride it anywhere. Kept it for 6 minutes and left it at the same location.

So why did not he? Why didn’t he ride back to the Bronx? He is a liar.

It was really big of Comrie not to call the cops over being forcibly shoved back in the dock and prevented from leaving on it.

Anti-racist of her even.

No. He checked it out when she was on it, but the receipt he's showing says he only kept it checked out for six minutes. Presumably she rode off on another bike and he put the bike in question back in the rack.

Summary:
- Boy is 17
- Mom is angry people are calling her baby a “thug” on the internet
- Boy claims his receipts “prove” his side
- Boy says he rides citi bike all over town in increments of 45 minutes then redocks them to avoid paying increased fees
- Boy admits he docked bike at 7:19. His 4 friends were sitting on docked bikes and he was standing next to “his”
- He says nurse came and asked to take docked bikes and they all said no
- He claimes nurse scanned “his” bike and “pushed her way on it”
- He *admits* that he physically pushed her back into the dock! “ During the filmed part of the interaction, Michael was able to successfully push the bike back into the dock”
- A lot of hyperbolic claims that “my boy could have gotten shot!!!” and crying about the stress of the negative publicity

Curiously absent: any mention of who put the video online and what responsibility they bear.

So, we’re there extra bikes or just the bikes the boys were reserving for lack of better terms. Did the mother ever consider her son was at no risk of harm but when he grabbed the bike and shoved it in, he could have harmed the woman and her unborn baby?

If they did not rent the bikes the bikes are not theirs.

And apparently a huge cry baby. Wah! She took a bike that didn't even belong to me. Mommy help, I created a big stink and can't fix it! Is he old enough to even rent these bikes?
