Yep. Seems PP misunderstands people predicting future events and hoping for them. Just because I think I will get fat if I switch to a diet of donuts and soda doesn't mean I hope that will happen. |
+1 And also what would you consider a success? |
Many Middle Easterners and Americans have died ever since the USA decided to muck around in the ME. It's been going on for decades. Or don't you consider the millions of Iraqi and Iranian people who perished due to US urging in the 1980's. How about Beirut. Or now the Iranians who are dying. If they don't wear the US uniform they aren't human to you. Their lives aren't worth anything. Okay, how about all the American casualties we've incurred because of our insatiable desire to control the Middle East and their oil. How much is enough. Yes Assad did kill a lot of his people and the US and Israel provided money and weapons to the other side and they killed their fair share. Trump has now paid homage to the ISIS leader who has now taken over Syria. Why are we there. |
Yes Bibi. We know you think it is okay for American children to die. We know. |
| Many Iranian Americans like the one above in this thread are actually delusional trump supporters. If YOU hate your government , YOU can go fight to change that, not expect another country to do it for you. |
You would be wrong. There are videos all over social media with them partying and cheering in their safe bunkers, while their foreign help is barred from the bunkers. The Israeli people are all in. |
Trump may have told the truth about Iraq, but he lied that he was against it at the beginning. |
We know that it is costing the American taxpayers one-BILLION dollars a day. It's costing Trump and his family nothing because they don't pay taxes and they don't join the military. |
If that's the opposition, I really fear that Iran will turn into a failed stated with civil war. Here is rundown of the opposition in the article: 1 - Reza Pahlavi - Loathed by many. Not gonna happen. 2 - MEK - designated a terrorist group by the US. A cultish organization that joined Saddam against Iranians in the 80s. So that's a no. 3 - Diaspora groups - Useless. 4 - Minorities - this equates to civil war 5 - Protest movements - Not organized or cohesive. The article also mentions one of the protest leaders home being bombed. Looks like someone (most likely Israel) doesn't want any leader emerging from the protest movements. 6 - The Strategic Council of Republicans Inside Iran - Considering this group was just announced on Sunday it sounds like Mossad or the CIA. |
Looks like another the trying to send another 50 billion over for this war https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/defense-executives-plan-meet-white-house-strikes-iran-diminish-stockpiles-2026-03-04/ Considering how controlled congress is by the Israeli lobby, it will probably pass pretty easily |
I have a feeling it's only one Iranian American on this thread who has been lambasting posters who are raising legitimate questions about US military action in Iran. There are an estimated 4-5 million Iranians living outside Iran. They should be first in line to take back their country, not US soldiers. |
