Finally! Something went the way it's supposed to.

Read the interview of this allegation.

members of the class have agreed not to speak on the record to reporters.

Still trying for “what happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep.”

Times up, boys.

Poor Brett - he denies never being there at all five incidents. My guess - He honestly doesn't remember these events because he was so drunk he blacked out. Judge needs to come forward - he's been implicated in all of these allegations. Let's assume he's got some memory of these drunken escapades.

Amy Coney Barrett, was in the top 3 for this selection. Personally I don't think trump will pick a woman after this, he'll pick hardiman on principle which will be better he's more moderate

A woman would be a great choice politically, but Trump really does not like powerful women and I doubt he would give up a mans seat for a woman.

Yet still no one is taking these allegations to the Montgomery County Police Department. Why?

Egads, the audacity! Are you people kidding? This is your idea of sexual assault?

He probably tripped or stumbled.

+1. There are no longer any good outcomes.

His bullying and stubborn behavior would not allow it.

He doesn't have good judgement.

I hear the next applicant tried to rape a woman in Alexandria!

I know you’re attempting a bit on what you see as men being punished for being men, but given Donald’s track record, it’s entirely probably he’ll nominate another sex offender. Like with like, right?

"Another sex offender?" You've already determined that Kavanaugh is a sex offender?

The behavior on display by liberals this past week turns my stomach.

Great. The behavior on display by conservatives this week has turned my stomach, too.

At least be honest. A woman could have a rape kit with Brett’s DNA, injuries and video of the assault from last week and you’d still not believe her. Yes, false allegations happen. But not three (or four or five - I haven’t read the new ones yet so I don’t know if they’ve actually been reported or are internet rumor) for one guy from different times and places and severity. You’ve just been a sack of rape excusing, victim blaming monsters. And this while Brett has been lying.

Kavanaugh was questioned about the allegations for the 5th victim on 9/24 by the committee! They just didn't want to tell any of the rest of us. And now the 5th victim is the 3rd? And is the 4th the 4th and the 3rd is the 5th? So confusing when you have so many victims out there. Do you keep track by when during his lifetime or when they were known to the committee or when they were known to the rest of the US? I don't know! What is the numbering system that makes sense, when you consider that more may come out who were attacked before some of these victims, but that sometimes the committee knew about them before the public did?
Maybe we should use the accuser's names, when we have them:

Dr. Ford, Ms. Ramirez, Ms. Swetnick, Jane Doe, John Doe

Seriously what a mess. I bet he honestly doesn't remember these things the same way. Either black out drunk or just too entitled to know when he went over the line, which is almost the worst part.

Is Ford in DC tonight (or within a short drive in)? How did she get here?

It’s a job interview, not a criminal trial.

I’m sorry but I do not believe these women would sacrifice their careers, put their family in harms way, and open themselves up to blistering National criticism for politics! No way!!

Who cares? Perhaps the most irrelevant part of this case ever raised. Focus!
