Bears looked good in all areas of the game

Dominant. Takes a lot to serve a beat down like that on a good team like Bullis.

DM lost 13-7 to St Ignatius. Once again out coached and the offense is horrible. If not for Matt Beachley there would be no offensive life. Close defense played well but DM spends so much time playing defense. The SSDM for DM are bad and every team that plays DM should exploit the SSDM with ease. This is possible the worst DeMatha lacrosse team I have ever seen. This is what no recruiting will do for a program. No real 26 or 27 recruits.

1. What does having no good freshmen have to do with losing today?
2. How does DM compete in recruiting in their old stomping grounds with Spalding and SJC?

A friend of mine who saw the heights v DM game told me that DM just seems like a complete disaster of a program. Coaches fighting, no adjustments made, lack of recruitment, etc.

The former coach is laughing on his way to the bank to cash those club dues checks. I feel for the new coaching staff since they were left with such a rough hand

Landon was definitely the stronger team. But there is a reason both those teams lost to St. Paul's. If either played a top 3 MIAA team they'd lose by 10. All DC fans should cheer for Landon to go undefeated rest of the season. That is the only way a local team finishes top 20 in the rankings.

C'mon. 13-8 is a solid win. Bullis had chances, but Landon stepped up in the big moments, won the key ground balls, and came through in clutch situations. Not saying Bullis couldn't win a rematch. But Landon earned the win and bragging rights. Bullis has chance to get well vs. Gonzaga.
