Ukrainian victory over Russia is inevitable

Report:

Wagner has been one of the few groups that achieved any success at all in the last year - but at TREMENDOUS cost to Wagner.

The tally said that of 78,000 fighters 22,000 were killed with 40,000 more injured.
That's 62,000 casualties out of 78,000 troops.

Ukraine is fighting ferociously and is causing massive casualties to Russian invaders. No wonder Russian troops call Ukraine the "meatgrinder." Russia would be better off just quitting rather than continuing.

Unlike Ukraine, they never reached out to try and build friendships and alliances with us. If you want someone to help, try to first make a friend of them.

I see. In other words, people striving for independence are only as good as their “in” with America? That’s good to know. I mean one is almost tempted to conclude that friendship comes before legitimacy.

Ukraine is taking massive casualties too.

If Russia was that badly off, we’d see better battlefield results for Ukraine and we haven’t yet.

There wasn’t a country called Ukraine until todays version.

Ukraine’s way of life is not that different from Russia so let’s not pretend that it is .

Learn some damn history. Ukraine has existed for over 1000 years. Moscow was founded by the Kyivan Rus - Ukrainians. Their trident symbol has been in use and part of their identity since Volodymyr the Great (958 – 15 July 1015)

You are an ignorant idiot.

That’s what Palestinians say about the Phoenician kingdom but who cares? Too long ago.

You're free to start a thread about it if it's such a big deal to you.

Ukraine didn't start the war, though.

I hope it goes on for however long it takes Ukraine to win….and at this rate it is going to be a few more years.

Russia losing so many males is good for the world.

Not being subjugated / exterminated / colonized by Russia is good for Ukraine. All the more reason they need to fight.

The one exterminating the Ukrainians is Zelensky. The longer this goes on, the more people and territory they will lose. The entire existence of Ukraine is now dependent on the fickle support of western nations.

They can pull the rug out from under them any time they want to, and suddenly Zelensky will get the Noriega/Saddam Hussein/Qaddafi treatment.

Zelensky isn't the one raping toddlers to death. That's the Russians. And you're supporting it.
And no matter how much you repeat the Iraq references, it doesn't erase what Russians have done (and what you're supporting).

That story sure seems to grow worse each time you retell it, can't wait to see how you work an incubator into it. Or maybe the toddler was in the middle of eating a yellow cake.

You may want to dismiss Iraq (and Syria/Afghanistan/Libya/Kosovo/etc.) but plenty of other countries weigh this hypocrisy when deciding which side to back.

We have a BRICS summit coming up. Wonder how many countries will express interest in joining?

I'm not dismissing Iraq, I'm simply saying it does not give the free pass for Russia to commit war crimes that you claim it does.

Right? such an annoying poster (or bot). Ukraine is obviously fighting a much larger invading force, but is putting up an incredible fight. This issue has awoken nato, gotten more countries to join and shown that america is doing the right thing and not supporting Russia’s attempts at land grabs.

Stfu about Iraq. This thread is about Ukraine and how it was invaded.

There IS one country that’s land-grabbing every day but bad things happen to American politicians who criticize it too loudly.

You're probably trying to make a reference to Israel but the two biggest land grabbers in 2023 are Russia (Ukraine) and China (Pacific)

None gets the support Israel does.

Reminds one of the old adage - America will fight for human rights and freedoms with wild abandon - but only with its enemies. Its friends are allowed to violate these rights all day long.

Ukraine's loss ratios have not been as bad as Russia's. And again, sorry to disappoint you but nobody with a brain wants to go blindly charging across fields strewn with thousands of Russian mines without first making it safe to do so, which takes time. They are taking their time. And if you had been paying attention you might notice that they have been very surgical and strategic, for example specifically targeting Russian artillery and ammo stockpiles, as opposed to just randomly blasting away at everything the way the Russians have been trying to do.

An "old adage" that you just made up 5 minutes ago.

It's a big world, and at any given time there is a lot of strife going on, the world is full of noise. If you want attention, you have to step up, welcome the US as a friend and make it worthwhile.

If you're referring to why the US hasn't done much to help Palestine, it's probably because Palestine has for most of its life since the 1940s has chosen to be adversarial to the US and to cozy up to enemies of America.

No one knows for sure what their loss ratios are. It’s all projection.

Another interpretation of your “surgical and strategic” line is that Russia has built formidable defenses that are extremely hard to breach.

The Gulf monarchies, in the meantime, have allowed the US to cozy up to them, and consequently are allowed to oppress their subjects with impunity.
