The book Who Killed Kurt Cobain lays out a good case for that without directly saying so. It's been a while since I read it, but the fact that Courtney was "close" with the medical examiner still chills me to the bone.[/quote]

I actually watched one of the documentaries on this issue , and heard a story years ago on NPR, that posed the question of murder vs. suicide. Both stories came at it from it's a murder and we are going to prove it only in the end to conclude the evidence was very weak and that suicide was the cause. But who knows - maybe additional evidence will be unearthed that points to the direction of murder.

No question Courtney left a very depressed Kurt alone with unfettered access to drugs and guns.  But that isn’t murder.  More like she may have been able to stop his suicide but didn’t.[/quote]
