WISC Scores

NNAT- 107
COGAT - 123 (Verbal - 120, Quant-124, Non-Verbal-119)
GBRS = 10

The first two subscores of wisc V - VCI (133) - 99% percent, VS (114).

Don't feel the overall WISC is representative - kid wasn't feeling the greatest and we decided to go forward testing despite it b/c of the looming deadline for appeal. Also gets straight 4s and has no issues in school.

That seems really low for AAP. My child got a 130 and the AART said our chances were 50/50 at best.

I'd guess (because no one knows) 70/30 in favor of denial.

I realize we can't retake the WISC, is there anything that I should include in appeal that would help our case? I think my child would really benefit from AAP - happy in gen ed, but consistently gets perfect scores which leads me to believe if was an option, would be capable of much more.

Really strong work samples and letters of recommendation won't hurt.
