Ruben Verastugui (former RNC aide convicted of child pornography). Matt Gaetz. Donald Trump walking in on naked teenage girls in a locker room, and making lewd comments about his own daughter.

If conservatives are going to smear progressives as “groomers” and pose as the nation’s protectors of children, it’s certainly fair to bring up this history. It’s also entirely valid to note how weak the GOP’s response has been to recent scandals concerning its own rank-and-file.

Extremely doubtful. If they’re pissed at anyone, it will be the people who lied, covered up, denied, and otherwise carried water for the fossil fuel industries.

We’re 6 years into an AOC-predicted end of the world climate disaster timeable that she assured us we were on in 2019.

I doubt she’ll even remember telling us the world would end by 2029 because of climate change, but that’s ok. We remember.

Just in the last 24 hours Juneau has had to evacuate because a melted glacier has become a lake and may burst its banks. How do you define a climate disaster??
