Why do you dislike law enforcement?

I'm sure some cops are truly good and compassionate people who want to help people. However, in my experience, most of them are grouchy and aggressive. It doesn't feel good to interact with them - I'm not a criminal btw.

In my experience, cops have never helped when I needed help and have caused me unnecessary problems just because they could.

I need you to flesh this statement out for me. It makes no sense.

Perhaps try thinking about it. Spoon-feeding someone the obvious rarely enlightens them.

I figured you couldn’t explain it. No big deal. Good luck.

Google Jim Crow laws.

Look up the color of money.

We can teach a kindergartener calculus, you have to do some educating on your own part.

What is the penalty for stealing a carrots $1000? What is the penalty for insider trading and making $60K off it?

What happens when I can’t pay my bills? I’m evicted and homeless
What happens when a white male cant pay his bills? He declares bankruptcy, keeps all his assets, doesn’t pay me or you or anyone, renames his business and moves on. Well then I can’t pay my bills because he didn’t pay me.

Do you know what debtors prison is?

Don't steal.
Don't commit crimes.
Don't do or possess controlled substances.
Don't drive without a license.
Don't drive an unregistered car.
Don't drive an uninsured car.
Don't miss court dates.
Don't neglect to pay fines.
Don't neglect to pay court costs.
Problem solved.

Da comrade. Obey zeee rules! Be unt goot subject! All laws are just! Zeee state is always correct comrade!

Given the choice between living with you and living with the person who listed the rules, I’ll take the rule-follower.

Because you crave the illusion of safety rather than independence and accountability for yourself.

He might have had a skullet, and a deviant with the older ladies, but he was right about that.

Also bullies.

Police have the lowest overall I.Q. of any professional, second only to public school teachers.

Many departments have I.Q. limits on testing, where if an applicant exhibits too high of intelligence, they are not hired as a law enforcement officer.

Government wants obedient goons for cops, not intelligent people who assess situations, but just goons to force their agendas, and rake in money from the public.

I’m fascinated by your ability to insult so many people at once (without backing it up at all, of course.)

I suppose you think this post makes you look intelligent and elite, huh? It really just makes you look judgmental, immature, and condescending.

Look up the definition of the word "Irony".

It is the sense of self-grandiose I dislike. More roofers die each year than police and somehow they made it look like they are the only ones dies in the line of duty.

True. A logger is the most dangerous job in the world for fatalities. and about 70 other professions rank above a police officer. It's not a risky job at all, just a mentally and emotionally draining one I'd assume, which is partly why so many of them snap and murder citizens.

I’m still waiting to hear about a job that has more workers murdered than law enforcement.

As if how you die on the job really matters. Dead is dead.

Quit being a bootlicker.

Exactly. The manner of death is irrelevant. We need to stop trying to hold police accountable for citizen deaths. How those people died is irrelevant. It's the same as if they were hit by a garbage truck.

You attempt at humor and wit is amusing. You don't even realize the fallacy you made.

When you believe that all citizens' lives are fungible, you have finally achieved true communism. The outcome is all that matters.

What type of help have you needed from cops.

It's not a binary choice, but how much we decide to hand over to the state for enforcement. You really don't want me to start enforcing my arbitrary laws. I probably don't want you to start enforcing your strange idea of justice. We live in a society; we aren't sovereign citizens.

It's common in thousands of schools across the country already.
They are safer and don't make the news. Odd huh?

Very true. So don't believe that way.

The reason you don’t hear about school mass shootings is because there are over 115,000 combined K-12 and technical schools and there have only been about 400 shootings in the last 25 years. That means over 114,000 schools haven’t had a shooting. It’s not because of your untrained vigilante janitorial theory it’s just math.

No. I want to live in a civil society of rules. I have no problem with the list above. These ideas aren’t hard to follow and they are reasonable.

I don’t know you. (What I do know I don’t like.) I don’t trust you. Your overinflated sense of independence may get in the way of my safety. The list above keeps you from doing that.

MPD were dispatched to 622,593 calls in 2024. Maybe you should do a television ad to better get your message out to the people of D.C.
