Agree Cory speaking and Susan Crawford winning lifted me up last night. He was amazing and said what we all needed to hear. Thank you Cory Booker |
Yes as you sit your half- employed arse at your home office escaping or answering to DOGE everyday. Yes, you can judge from your couch. How about you gather your mass and go down to DC and speak your mind there??? I thought so. |
Desperate is having a car show on the White House lawn with Trump trying to sell cars for a crazy man. Desperate is handing out money to Wisconsin voters, and demoralized is ruining allies, families, and an entire structure of government because you didn’t get your way. Instead of a toddler messing up a puzzle, he is messing up a delicate world where checks and balances are needed to preserve humanity and peace. Check yourself. |
So nothing constructive, just a distraction and disruption of the process. As always. |
Yes, yesterday was a good day. Not only this, but a (far right) woman and a Democrat came together to push an amendment to allow new mothers to vote by proxy in their first six weeks. The Democrats held together and peeled off NINE Republicans, so the rule did not pass. Johnson called off votes for the entire week and stomped out of the chamber. This means three horrible bills will not even be voted on this week! The Save act, the repealing of caps on overdraft fees, and stripping federal judges of their jurisdiction. NOW, we have work to do. While I praise Booker for his moving speech, Senate Democrats are still not using all the tools they have to obstruct business and slow down this coup. They need to be denying unanimous consent and every single opportunity! 15 minutes after Cory‘s 25 hour speech Big toilet Whitaker was confirmed. The Democrats didn’t even try to delay that vote. And yes, I know it was already delayed hours, but they need to be fighting at every opportunity. If you have a Democratic senator call them and demand they “deny unanimous consent“ at every single opportunity. They’ll know what you mean. Lastly, everyone needs to show up on Saturday. Booker was explicit. The people will take back the power. That means we need to rise up and be in the streets and show our force. If you’re concerned about being in crowds, there are happening all over the country and smaller suburbs even. Find an event and go. It is your American Duty! Www.handsoff2025.com. |
So so sorry that your beloved fraudulent big d!ck toilet salesman did not attain his of course certainly well-earned and deserved position as Ambassador to NATO on a Tuesday as scheduled but instead on a Wednesday. |
Oh, okay. Thanks for that distinction. |
Loved it. And learned who a lot of democrats are in the Senate. |
They are just lashing out because their feelings got hurt. They don’t have a single representative as good so they try to tear him down. |
It's quite ironic that his speech is getting over 200 million views on TikTok, yet he was one of the Senators who voted to ban tiktok because AIPAC told him to. |
I think you get five more mentions of Jews and Israel in this thread befor eyour next free coffee - make sure the cashier punches your card |
No-one is personally claiming to be better than Cory. I’m just noting that he doesn’t strike me as Presidential timber. YMMV. Granted, it’s slim pickings for Democratic candidates |
Cory reads as fairly masculine, in spite of apparently not being the marrying kind. We’re in desperate need of masculine candidates. It’s funny that two of our best are Buttigieg and Booker. No wives, but deep voices. We’ll take what we can get |
350 MILLION likes ma’am, and it WAS banned. Your felon is breaking the law. But if it’s there, people are going to use it. Also, AIPAC funded more 1/6 candidate in 2022 than Democrats. We’ll soon know about 2024. |
It’s unusual for unmarried, unattached folks to become heads of state. Although there have been a few movies where a single President sneaks past the secret service to go on dates on the down low. |
